Singapore September, 2026 — Today, Zelostech introduces the Z20, a 4-ton RoboTruck designed for high-volume logistics operations, marking a new milestone in the company’s autonomous logistics portfolio. With a payload capacity of up to 4,000 kg and a cargo volume of 20 m³, the Z20 brings autonomous driving into heavier transport scenarios where larger capacity, higher efficiency, and seamless integration with existing logistics infrastructure are essential.

The world’s first 4-ton RoboTruck brings higher-capacity autonomous transport to ports, airports, warehouses, and industrial logistics operations. Autonomous logistics is expanding beyond delivery routes and small-scale transport. As logistics operations become more diverse, different environments require different vehicle capabilities, from urban delivery and retail replenishment to heavy cargo movement across ports, airports, warehouses, and industrial facilities.

More than a new vehicle model, the Z20 represents the expansion of Zelostech’s product strategy from RoboVans to RoboTrucks, enabling autonomous logistics across a broader range of operational needs.

Crucially, the Z20 does not start from a new or untested autonomy platform. It is built on Zelostech’s existing L4 autonomous driving platform, proven through more than 25,000 vehicles and over 180 million kilometers of real-world autonomous operations. The Z20 brings that accumulated operational experience into a new, heavier vehicle class.

Many logistics operations rely on repetitive transportation between fixed points: warehouses and loading areas, airport cargo zones, port terminals, factories, and industrial sites. While these routes are often structured and predictable, the cargo volumes involved can be substantial. Moving more goods per trip becomes critical to improving operational efficiency.Designed as a light-truck-class autonomous vehicle, the Z20 delivers:

  • Up to 4 tons of payload capacity

  • 20 m³ cargo volume

  • 230 km maximum range

  • Dock-compatible cargo floor height for direct loading dock operations

  • Flexible rear configurations, including double doors and hydraulic tail lift options

By combining Zelostech’s proven autonomous driving platform with a higher-capacity vehicle architecture, the Z20 enables logistics operators to automate transport tasks that require greater payload and throughput.

Designed Around Real Logistics Workflows

To create operational value, autonomous vehicles need to integrate into the complete logistics process, including loading, unloading, and cargo handling. Traditional logistics environments are built around established infrastructure such as loading docks, forklifts, pallets, and warehouse systems.

The Z20 is designed to work within these existing workflows. Its cargo platform can align with loading dock operations, helping reduce additional handling steps and allowing goods to move more efficiently between facilities and vehicles.

This approach reflects Zelostech’s broader vision: autonomy should simplify logistics operations by fitting naturally into how goods are already transported.

From RoboVan to RoboTruck: A Complete Autonomous Logistics Portfolio

With the launch of the Z20, Zelostech now provides a broader autonomous logistics vehicle portfolio covering different cargo volumes and operational scenarios.

The portfolio includes:

Z5 RoboVan

Designed for urban and commercial logistics scenarios such as express delivery, retail replenishment, and postal services, with a payload capacity of up to 1.8 tons.

Z10 RoboVan

Supporting medium-duty logistics applications, including supermarket distribution, industrial transportation, and on-site material movement, with a payload capacity of up to 2.5 tons.

Z20 RoboTruck

Extending autonomous logistics into heavier operations such as ports, airports, warehouses, container terminals, and industrial logistics hubs, with a payload capacity of up to 4 tons.

Together, Z5, Z10, and Z20 give customers a scalable autonomous logistics portfolio, matching different transportation requirements with the right vehicle platform.

Beyond Vehicles: Building a Complete Autonomous Logistics Solution

The Z20 is one part of Zelostech’s broader autonomous logistics ecosystem. Beyond autonomous vehicles, Zelostech provides integrated solutions designed to support real-world deployment at scale, including:

• Multiple vehicle platforms covering different payload requirements and operational environments

• Cold-chain autonomous vehicles for temperature-sensitive transportation

• Customized vehicles designed for specialized logistics applications

• Fleet management and vehicle operation platforms for monitoring, scheduling, and operational management

• Comprehensive after-sales services supporting deployment, maintenance, and long-term operation

By combining vehicle technology, software platforms, and operational services, Zelostech helps customers build scalable autonomous logistics systems tailored to their specific needs.

Expanding What Autonomous Logistics Can Move

There is no single logistics scenario, and no single vehicle can meet every operational requirement. From urban delivery routes to industrial freight transportation, logistics require different vehicle sizes, configurations, and levels of integration.

With the launch of Z20, Zelostech expands autonomous logistics from RoboVans into RoboTrucks, providing a more complete product portfolio and enabling automation across a wider range of logistics environments.

From RoboVan to RoboTruck, Zelostech is continuing to make autonomous logistics simpler, more flexible, and more scalable.
