Luxembourg Economy Minister Visits Zelostech to Advance Autonomous Logistics Cooperation
Singapore, September 22 — Lex Delles, Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism of Luxembourg, led a government delegation to visit Zelostech this week, as Luxembourg and the autonomous logistics company explored opportunities for cooperation in autonomous mobility, logistics and technology deployment in Europe.
The high-level delegation included representatives responsible for transport, industrial policy, vehicle approval and smart mobility, reflecting Luxembourg’s interest in the development, validation and commercial application of autonomous technologies.
During the visit, the delegation attended a live RoboVan demonstration and toured Zelostech’s facilities, followed by discussions on the company’s L4 autonomous driving technology, commercial operating model and plans for further expansion across Europe.
The visit also comes as Zelostech advances plans to establish a Luxembourg subsidiary, with registration currently underway. The planned entity is intended to support the company’s European operations, technology development, customer engagement and cooperation with local partners and authorities.

Luxembourg Engages with the Future of Autonomous Logistics
The discussions focused on how autonomous logistics technology can move from individual testing programs toward repeatable commercial operations. Members of the delegation discussed a range of practical considerations surrounding autonomous fleet deployment, including fleet management, incident response, data governance, operational support and regulatory requirements. These issues are becoming increasingly relevant as autonomous vehicles move into real-world logistics environments and interact with existing infrastructure, customers and operational networks.
For Zelostech, the discussions provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives with Luxembourg’s government representatives on the conditions required to support the safe, scalable and commercially viable deployment of autonomous logistics technology.
The visit also reflects Luxembourg’s broader interest in emerging mobility technologies and their potential applications across logistics, industry and public services.

From European Testing to Commercial Deployment
Zelostech has been expanding its European footprint through local testing programs, technology demonstrations and commercial partnerships.
In Austria, Zelostech’s Z5 RoboVan entered a structured validation program with DigiTrans focused on safety and logistics integration.
In the Netherlands, Zelostech partnered with PuraMobi to explore autonomous logistics applications in controlled commercial environments.
In Belgium, Zelostech received an official Y Test Plate for autonomous vehicle testing and established a long-term RoboVan Experience Center at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, providing a platform for technology demonstration and operational validation in one of Europe’s major logistics hubs.
These activities form part of Zelostech’s approach to European expansion: working with local governments, regulators, logistics operators and technology partners to adapt autonomous logistics solutions to individual markets and operational requirements.
Exploring New Applications for Autonomous Technology
Beyond logistics delivery, the discussions also explored potential applications of autonomous vehicles in municipal services and smart-city environments. Potential use cases discussed included autonomous cleaning, security patrols and other structured transportation tasks where autonomous systems could complement existing operations. Such applications could allow autonomous vehicles to undertake repetitive, predefined tasks while supporting the broader efficiency and flexibility of logistics and municipal operations.
The delegation also explored potential opportunities for joint innovation projects, technology demonstrations and future technical validation, reflecting a shared interest in translating autonomous mobility technology into practical applications.

Building a Stronger European Presence
Zelostech’s European strategy is focused on building capabilities closer to the markets where its technology is deployed.
This includes:
Local deployment and validation adapted to individual market requirements
Regulatory engagement with relevant authorities
Local customer and partner support
Regional operational capabilities for autonomous fleet deployment
Technology development and demonstration
Integration with existing logistics infrastructure and workflows
Establishing a Luxembourg subsidiary would support this approach by providing Zelostech with a more permanent local presence and a platform for closer engagement with European customers, partners and public-sector stakeholders. With its location at the heart of Europe and strong connections to major European markets, Luxembourg offers an environment for further cooperation around cross-border logistics and emerging mobility technologies.
Zelostech currently has more than 30,000 autonomous logistics vehicles deployed worldwide, with more than 300 million autonomous kilometers accumulated across multiple markets. As the company continues to expand internationally, cooperation with governments and local industry stakeholders is becoming an increasingly important part of its European strategy. The visit by Minister Delles and the Luxembourg delegation marks a further step in that engagement, bringing together government, technology and commercial perspectives around the future of autonomous logistics.
With the registration of its Luxembourg subsidiary underway, Zelostech is preparing to strengthen its European presence and develop closer cooperation with stakeholders across the region. The company’s objective is to bring autonomous logistics technology closer to the markets it serves, while working with local partners and authorities to support the transition from testing to scalable commercial deployment.
