Singapore, November 3, 2026 — Zelostech participated in the ASEAN Autonomous Driving Cooperation and Capacity Building Programme from November 1 to 7, joining government representatives from seven Southeast Asian countries to discuss autonomous transportation, commercial deployment, and regional cooperation.

The programme brought together 35 government representatives from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

As a co-organizer, Zelostech supported the preparation and coordination of the programme. On November 3, the company delivered a keynote presentation and presented its Z5 and Z10 RoboVans through static displays and live demonstrations, giving delegates a closer look at Zelostech’s autonomous driving technology, product portfolio, and international deployment experience.

The programme covered autonomous delivery, intelligent public transportation, AV commercialization, and the development of autonomous transportation across Southeast Asia. Other industry participants included Baidu Apollo, JD Logistics, Pony.ai, DiDi, QCraft, and DeepWay.

Sharing Real-World Autonomous Logistics Experience

During the programme, Dr. Sean Zhang, Zelostech’s Asia-Pacific Regional Manager, addressed government representatives and transport authorities from the participating countries.

His presentation introduced Zelostech’s autonomous driving technology, RoboVan portfolio, large-scale operational experience, and deployments across international markets, with a focus on how autonomous vehicles can be integrated into existing logistics operations.

Zelostech is already operating and testing autonomous logistics across Southeast Asia. In Singapore, RoboVans are deployed with partners including FairPrice, DHL, SingPost, CEVA Logistics, F&N, and SATS, covering public-road delivery, distribution-center transport, intra-hub logistics, and airport cargo operations.

In Malaysia, Zelostech is running a six-month Level 4 public-road trial on the 22 km MyAV route in Cyberjaya with ALS, following earlier work with Pos Malaysia and the launch of Malaysia’s first autonomous logistics Remote Operations Centre. In Thailand, Zelostech has progressed from the country’s first official Level 4 CAV testing programme to real industrial-road testing at the WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong.

Contributing to Regional Autonomous Logistics Guidelines

Zelostech is also participating as an industry representative in the ASEAN Autonomous Logistics Delivery Vehicle (ALDV) Cooperation Project, including the joint development of the Guidelines for the Introduction of Autonomous Logistics Delivery Vehicles.

The guidelines are intended to provide Southeast Asian markets with practical guidance for introducing autonomous delivery vehicles, including considerations around deployment, safety, and operational management.

Drawing on experience from large-scale RoboVan operations, Zelostech is contributing practical industry knowledge to help ensure the guidance reflects the conditions autonomous vehicles encounter in real logistics environments.

Z5 and Z10 RoboVans Demonstrated to ASEAN Delegates

Alongside the technical discussions, Zelostech presented its Z5 and Z10 RoboVans through static displays and live autonomous driving demonstrations. Delegates were able to examine the vehicles directly, observe their operation, and discuss how different RoboVan configurations can be applied across logistics and delivery scenarios.

The demonstrations gave participants a practical view of the full autonomous logistics system, from the vehicle and driving technology to the operational processes required to introduce RoboVans into existing logistics environments.

For government representatives considering autonomous vehicle deployment in their own markets, the demonstrations offered a direct look at how autonomous logistics is moving from technology development into routine commercial operations.

Strengthening Cooperation Across Southeast Asia

The programme gave Zelostech the opportunity to engage directly with government authorities and transport representatives from across Southeast Asia as autonomous vehicle testing and commercial deployment continue to develop across the region.

These discussions build on Zelostech’s existing work in Southeast Asia and create further opportunities for cooperation with governments, transport authorities, logistics operators, and local partners.

Zelostech will continue working with partners across the region to identify viable applications, adapt deployments to local operating requirements, and expand the commercial use of autonomous logistics technology.
