Singapore, 17 April — Zelostech, a global leader in autonomous logistics technology and the world’s largest RoboVan enterprise, was recently featured in an exclusive interview by CNBC and highlighted on a leading Chinese national financial TV program (CCTV2), underscoring its pioneering achievements in Singapore and accelerating global expansion.

As the first RoboVan company in the Singapore market, Zelostech has become the autonomous logistics service provider for key local enterprises, including Singapore Post, FairPrice Group, and DHL. Today, Zelostech remains the only advanced RoboVan company in Singapore to achieve fully driverless commercial operations on public roads, building a complete business ecosystem spanning testing, standard co-development, regulatory compliance, and large-scale commercial deployment.

Taking its collaboration with FairPrice Group—Singapore’s largest supermarket chain—as an example, Zelostech’s autonomous logistics vehicles have significantly improved operational efficiency by optimizing internal logistics transportation and enabling drivers to be reassigned to higher-value delivery roles. According to Haran S R, Senior Transport Supervisor at FairPrice Group, the deployment of autonomous vehicles has enhanced delivery efficiency while supporting sustainability goals. Each electric logistics vehicle is estimated to reduce approximately 27 tons of carbon emissions annually, contributing meaningfully to Singapore’s green logistics transformation.

Throughout the deployment process, Zelostech has carried out extensive localization efforts, including regulatory adaptation, operational environment optimization, and infrastructure integration, ensuring its advanced autonomous driving technology is fully aligned with Singapore’s local policy framework and road conditions.

Terry Zhou, Managing Director of Zelostech Singapore, said:

“We have deployed in over 20 countries and are trusted across more than 300 cities worldwide. As of today, we have accumulated over 100 million kilometers of autonomous driving mileage. Our large-scale deployment in real-world, high-frequency logistics scenarios has enabled us to build one of the industry’s richest autonomous driving data assets. This creates a powerful positive flywheel of technology advancement, real-world deployment, and continuous algorithm iteration that significantly accelerates our global competitiveness.”

Key Milestones in Singapore

Public Road Licensing and Commercial Operations

  • In May 2024, Zelostech’s Z5 vehicle successfully passed the rigorous review of Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA), completing M1 testing for autonomous logistics vehicles.
  • In June 2024, Zelostech received its public road testing permit from LTA, becoming the first RoboVan company in Singapore to obtain a public road license for autonomous logistics vehicles.
  • In October 2024, the Z10 model also successfully passed LTA review and obtained its public road permit, officially entering trial operations.
  • In October 2025, after nearly one year of mileage accumulation and multiple rounds of stringent regulatory reviews, Zelostech obtained Singapore’s first fully driverless commercial operation license for autonomous logistics vehicles.

This milestone established Zelostech as the only company in Singapore to achieve pure driverless operations on public roads and formally marked the beginning of large-scale autonomous freight deployment in urban road environments.

Participation in National Standard Development

Zelostech joined Singapore’s Autonomous Vehicle Standards Committee and actively participated in the revision of TR-68, Singapore’s national autonomous driving standard. By contributing expertise in vehicle-road coordination, safety redundancy systems, and operational compliance, Zelostech has helped shape the country’s autonomous mobility framework. During nearly one year of trial operations in 2025, Zelostech completed thousands of pallet transportation tasks in Singapore, achieving zero disengagements and zero accidents. Its autonomous vehicles are now in normalized operation within Singapore Post’s logistics centers, handling high-frequency transfers of mail and parcels, while gradually expanding into public road operations and community delivery scenarios.

Global Expansion Highlights

Zelostech continues to expand its global footprint across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, North Africa, and South America with deployments in more than 20 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the UAE, Austria, and Tunisia.

  • Singapore: Zelostech secured public road operating approvals and established a strategic partnership with Singapore Post, advancing multi-scenario autonomous logistics operations in highly regulated urban environments.
  • Malaysia: Through strategic cooperation with Malaysia Post, Zelostech is helping enhance postal delivery efficiency, improve operational productivity, and reduce overall logistics costs across the national postal network.
  • The United Arab Emirates: Zelostech has established strategic collaborations with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and major postal partners, demonstrating deep engagement with regional regulators and smart mobility ecosystems.
  • Austria: As Zelostech’s first European deployment, Austria represents a major milestone in meeting stringent EU requirements for safety, compliance, and data protection, laying the foundation for broader European expansion.
  • Tunisia: By entering Tunisia, Zelostech has further expanded its overseas presence into North Africa, using Tunisia as a strategic gateway for broader African market development.

Today, more than 20,000 Zelostech autonomous logistics vehicles are in active operation worldwide, serving high-frequency, mission-critical logistics scenarios. The global logistics industry is reaching a critical turning point—moving beyond pilot testing and entering the era of full-scale commercial autonomy.

At Zelostech, the mission is no longer simply to validate autonomous driving technology, but to deploy the future of logistics on a global scale. By transitioning from pilots to integrated commercial operations worldwide, Zelostech is redefining the standards of postal and urban logistics and strengthening its position as the global partner of choice for autonomous logistics transformation.
