Singapore, 7 October 2025 Zelostech has become the first autonomous logistics company to receive approval from Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) to operate remotely supervised driverless vehicles on public roads for supply chain logistics — marking a major milestone for both the company and the global autonomous logistics industry.

In partnership with @FairPriceGroup, Singapore’s largest retail and supermarket operator, Zelostech will deploy its Z10 autonomous logistics vans to transport goods within and between FairPrice’s distribution centers in Benoi, Joo Koon, and Sunview Road, covering distances of up to 5.5 km.

The approval follows a year-long pilot that began in October 2024, during which the Zelostech Z10 achieved zero takeovers and zero incidents while operating under supervised conditions. In April 2025, the LTA granted authorization for the vehicles to transition to fully remote operations — with no accompanying safety vehicle.

Under the new agreement signed on October 7, Zelostech will deliver nearly 30 Z10 autonomous vehicles to FairPrice Group, supporting large-scale automation of its logistics network. The Z10, purpose-built for freight logistics, has a load capacity of up to 1.5 tonnes and a range of up to 210 km, ideal for transporting palletized goods such as packaged products, fruits, and daily essentials.

This marks the first deployment of driverless logistics vehicles authorized to operate on public roads in a developed country, reinforcing Zelostech’s leadership in autonomous logistics innovation and its mission to make supply chains more efficient, safe, and sustainable.

“This milestone represents global recognition of autonomous driving technology,” said a Zelostech spokesperson. “We’re proud to bring reliable, carbon-reducing logistics automation to Singapore’s smart city ecosystem.”
