Zelostech Signs Strategic MOU with Singapore Post to Accelerate Deployment of Autonomous Logistics Scenarios

Singapore, 2 December 2025 — Zelostech, a global leader in autonomous driving technology, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore Post (SingPost). The partners plan to launch multi-scenario autonomous logistics pilots in Singapore by the end of 2025, driving the large-scale application of unmanned logistics vehicles on both public roads and within closed logistics parks. This collaboration marks a critical milestone in Zelostech’s commercial expansion across the Southeast Asian market.

The signing ceremony was attended by executives from both companies. The MOU was formally signed by Terry Zhou, Head of International Business at Zelostech, and Ms. Neo Su Yin, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Post. 

Under the agreement, the two parties will focus on exploring three core application scenarios tailored to Singapore’s local logistics needs:

• Middle-Mile Transport: Zelostech’s autonomous vehicles will transport postal and eCommerce parcels from regional distribution centers to various mail transit rooms or collection points. Operating on public roads and covering multiple HDB estates, this initiative is subject to approval from the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
• Internal Logistics Hub Transport: Within SingPost’s regional eCommerce logistics hub, Zelostech’s unmanned vehicles will replace traditional trucks to handle the transfer of mail and parcels between different processing stages and floors.
• Last-Mile Delivery: SingPost will deploy Zelostech’s customized autonomous locker vehicles to replace manual delivery routes and vehicles, enabling automated "last-mile" delivery to designated end consumers.

Moving forward, both parties plan to expand the scope of cooperation based on these pilots, aiming to establish Singapore as a demonstration hub for smart logistics in the Asia-Pacific region.

Momentum in the Market 

• In October 2025, Zelostech partnered with FairPrice Group to deploy nearly 100 Zelostech Z10 autonomous vehicles over the next two years, facilitating goods transfer and distribution between multiple large-scale wholesale centers.
• In November 2025, Zelostech collaborated with DHL Singapore to deploy autonomous vehicles for green and energy-efficient delivery.
• Proven Performance: In nearly a year of trial operations in Singapore, Zelostech has successfully transported thousands of pallets, significantly reducing logistics operating costs while achieving a record of zero takeovers and zero accidents.
• Setting Standards: As a member of the Singapore Standards Council’s Committee on Autonomous Road Transport, Zelostech is actively participating in the revision of the TR-68 national standard for autonomous vehicles.
