1. Optimization of transportation tools

SF piloted several Zelos Tech Z5 intelligent cold chain vehicles in the project, which supports flexible temperature adjustment from 0-15°C.During transportation, the staff greatly reduced the risk of grape spoilage through temperature control.

2、Enhance the operation program

Zelos Tech Z5 Intelligent Cold Chain Vehicle is based on L4 level automatic driving technology, which has the ability to operate stably under different weather and light conditions, and supports 7*24 hours of full-time capacity demand. In the Pujiang grape transportation task,Zelos Tech intelligent car from SF corresponding outlets to complete the collection of goods, can automatically drive to the distribution and transfer center. The staff at both ends of the sending and receiving, only need to operate through the small program, can realize the dispatch order, send the car, and give the task instructions. The product cargo space of 5m³, load 800kg, full load maximum range of 140km,each time each car can load 100-200 boxes of grapes, the vehicle that is sent to go, to achieve flexible and efficient logistics transit.

In the local area, Zelos Tech Z5 intelligent cold chain vehicle strings more than 20 points to help farmers collect grapes, comprehensively covering the whole vineyard area, and picking up and delivering about 4,200 boxes of grapes every day, which greatly reduces the peak transportation pressure of SF in the local area.
