These vehicles "see" and "hear" their surroundings in ways similar to how a human driver would, so these sensor systems may incidentally capture images or sounds that may include service users. Additionally, sensor systems inside ZelosTech autonomous delivery vehicle compartments may be active and may capture images and sounds of individuals retrieving delivered goods from the vehicle. Data collected by these sensor systems is recorded and used to operate the vehicles, provide customer support, and improve driving performance and customer experience.
